Celebrates a Decade on
October 2nd!

The Coddington Guest House in Ithaca is pleased to present an open house in celebration of ten plus years of operation on Sunday, October 2nd from 3 to 8 pm. The B&B will open its doors for visitors to tour the guest suites and enjoy hors d’oeves and live music. The Coddington is located at 130 Coddington Road near Rogan’s Corner and Ithaca College and next door to the Ithaca Elks Lodge.

The bed and breakfast establishment is unique among others in that its three suites contain multiple beds and provide enough space for expanded family groups, while also suitable for short term housing. The three suites are located in separate wings of the house, affording more privacy than typical accommodations. The most striking feature of the Coddington is the panoramic, breathtaking view from all windows, porches, and bedrooms. Facing north, guests look directly up Cayuga Lake, its east and west shorelines, waterfront areas, Cornell’s west and central campus, and Ithaca’s West Hill. The décor is cottage/cultural eclectic and amenities include wireless internet, flat screen TVs, refrigerators, and private baths and living areas. Children of all ages are warmly welcomed and the location between Cornell and Ithaca College campuses is unbeatable for either destination.
